Biography

Ben River, is a British singer, songwriter, poet, composer and music producer born and raised in the cultural melting pot that is west London, Ladbroke Grove. 
 Ben River previously released three Ep's in a series of musical vignettes. The first EP 'When The Sun Ate The Moon', the second EP 'Frontier' and the third EP 'Tomorrow's Child' were released in succession as a three part story. Ben River performed these songs across the UK, Europe as well as performing in New York on a series of intimate live shows. He also performed the collection of EPs on London Live TV, Made TV, and BBC Radio on the Robert Elms show. 
 He is currently at work preparing his debut album. 
 His composition and production work includes music on the satirical BBC animated series Monkey Dust, collaborating with playwright, publisher and spoken word artist Lee Harris on Genepool/Universal Music Group in 2009 with the album Angel Headed Hip Hop. Ben River also founded the experimental music and poetry collective 'The Moonlight Orchestra' and the debut album 'Traipsing Bloom' was released in 2015 and featured poetry from Daevid Allen, John Sinclair, Lee Harris, Youth and Ben River as well as musical contributions from Hawkwind founder member Nik Turner, Ben River co composed the music and produced the album.
