Who Loves You Better (Remastered)

Luke Bulla EP

Mandolin Wind

Biography

Luke Bulla started his career at four years of age, singing in his family band. Picking up the fiddle at seven years old, Luke became a seven time winner of The National Fiddle Contest in Weiser, ID, the last time earning a win in the Grand Champion Division. At age 16, he was the youngest person to have secured this title at the time and, a few years later, moved to Nashville, TN to further his career. In 1999, Luke began playing with Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder and has since played with many bluegrass, country and americana greats; a list that includes John Cowan, Jerry Douglas, Sam Bush, Bela Fleck, Tony Rice, Alison Krauss, Peter Rowan, Earl Scruggs, Bryan Sutton, Noam Pikelny, Chris Thile, Sean and Sara Watkins and Edgar Meyer, all the while demonstrating his versatility as a musician with acts such as Lyle Lovett and his Large Band, Rodney Crowell, Brandi Carlile, Glen Phillips, Jim Lauderdale, Lee Ann Womack and his own bands, Wisechild and later, Works Progress Administration (WPA). Luke released his first, full-length solo album, Who Loves You Better, in 2016, and he continues to perform with his own band, while also planning his upcoming releases, a full length record focusing on his roots in classic American fiddling, and his next original vocal recordings.
