Mr. Peppa, born Arael Jahzeal Walters on February 29, 1980 in Kingston, Jamaica, is as unique and rare as his birthdate. Hardcore and original are just two of the words that can be used to describe Mr.Peppa. He was born with music in his veins; the younger brother Steelie, of “Steelie and Cleevie” and the son of a reggae singer Alice Johnson. Mr.Peppa started doing music at a very tender age and got his big break in 2006 with his hit single “Hypocrite,” that became his stepping stone towards greater hits. Since 2006 Mr.Peppa has toured the world extensively. While on tour Mr Peppa was absent from the Jamaica dancehall scene but not the music. He recorded singles like: “Gangsta Gorilla”, “Maddest Whine”, “Set Suh” Grunggaad Guerilla with Bounty Killer and “Badmind”.
