Dekleyn are an indie-pop duo hailing from Sydney’s west. Members Justin Kleyn and Matthew DeCelis began creating music together in early 2017, having known each other since 2014 when they worked on their first project under another alias. Since 2017 the duo have released their Debut Album Dekleyn (Deluxe), Sophomore Album (Far From Younger, 3 EP’s (Drive EP, Unsaid EP & Thrive EP), as well as a separate single and multiple acoustic versions to add to their body of work. Combining smooth vocals with heavy-hitting choruses, electronic elements and synths with guitar leads and melodies, the pair have strived to broaden the horizons of conventional indie-pop. With the release of their debut self-titled album in November 2020, the recent success of the duo has resulted in a significant number of streams on services such as Spotify, on which they have accumulated over 13 million streams in just over 6 years of releasing music alongside several playlist additions to New Music Friday, Office Stereo, soda and many more. Dekleyn have also been featured on the hit TV show Teen Mom 2 (MTV), with several streams across a number of episodes. As well as this, Dekleyn have supported the likes of Confidence Man, Fergus James, and Fractures to name a few.
