Boston based artist Takz looks to make waves with his unique take on production and the deep conviction in his lyrics. Heavily influenced by the music in video games, Takz's objective is to blend witty, hard hitting bars with the nostalgia of his childhood to create timeless music. 
 Inspired by the likes of Rick Ross and Pusha T, the smooth bravado and punchline heavy approach mix together to create what he describes as luxury rap. The self-proclaimed "most quotable" aims to encapsulate every song as a moment and every guest verse his own. 
 His most recent project Takz Forever is a reflection of the challenges that he’s faced...and a declaration that he is here to stay. Songs like Team Spirit and III (Freestyle) showcase his top-tier lyricism while Glasshouse and Beauty in the Struggle (Theme of Crossroads Boston) show a more introspective side of Takz.
