Jens Andreas Kleiven is an Oslo based artist and full-time musician. He has released three solo-recordings and is now out with new material releasing the single "Can't we try again" early summer and "Back in 94" late summer 2020. The artist was born and raised in church music and is fully inspired by the gospelvibe, mixed with both his jazzpiano interest (and education), and soul heroes like Al Green, Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway and Aretha Franklin. He has also been working many years with pop music doing backingvocals on tv shows like Idol, the Voice and Dancing with the stars. Inspirational input of course also appear from newer releases and contemporary music. He also released instrumental music with his jazztrio Jens Andreas Kleiven trio (JAKT) in 2019.
