Steven Coltart was born in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, UK and is based between Norfolk and London. He is a composer of emotionally charged, cinematic music and joined Maze Theory (Saltwater Games) in August 2023 full-time as their Audio Lead and was promoted to Head of Audio in June 2024. One of Steven's Maze Theory projects VR/ MR 'Infinite Inside' is due to release July 2024 across Apple Vision Pro, Meta, PlayStation, Steam and PICO. Steven is also known for his soundtrack work on the Video Game 'Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier', developed by the Imaginati at Ealing Studios and executive produced by Andy Serkis. 'Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier' was released on PlayStation, XBOX, and PC. Steven has nine albums within Warner Chappell Production Music USA, with regular sync including 'Married at First Sight Australia'.
