Teddy Blvvk, formerly known as Teddy Strings, is a music producer and an established guitarist from Ghana. He moved to China at the age of 17 and stayed there for 11 years to study medicine. During his time in medical school, he began pursuing music as his primary profession, organizing various concerts and recording sessions in his dorm room. After graduation, he received guidance and training from seasoned jazz musicians, sound engineers, music producers, and live performers, which has had a lasting impact on his sound to this day. In 2021, Teddy returned to Ghana, reconnecting with his West African roots. He seamlessly blended live music with electronic beats and incorporated nerve-stimulating tones into his work. Due to his religious upbringing, he learned to play in church and accompanied his father, who was a radio and TV pastor, to various recording studios, radio, and TV stations at a very young age. This early exposure allowed him to develop the skills of writing and recording, giving his sound a soulful and futuristic quality. Teddy Blvvk breaks away from the norms of sound choice and frequencies, taking risks in every production to guide listeners on a musical journey through each song.
