Kane Hollie, who performs as Nova, was born in Oakland California early 90's. After writing raps and producing as a child, he decide to pick up the mic and keyboard to show the Bay Area what he had to offer. He rapped with local musicians around his community through his years, which slowly gained him recognition throughout the Bay Area. Nova grew up in a single parent house hold with his mother living in roughest parts of Oakland. Moving from city to city throughout the bay his mother wanted him to live a normal childhood as much as he can, However Nova eventually found himself hanging around in the streets with no father figure since he passed away, while Nova was only two years old. At the age of 13 Nova found a passion for music such as music production. He came across the software Reasons decided to make beats as a child. By time he was 16 he had a passion for rapping after dropping his first song in high school 2011. A lot of his high school classmates supported him and suggest he takes it farther. In the summer of 2012 Nova was very popular throughout Marin County not long moving out to start college. After spending 2 years at a junior college he dropped out to pursue his dreams raising his son hoping to reach his goal of being famous. Around 2014 Nova ran into a fellow musician and came up with WeDemN3rdz which was his label he came up with along with many musicians. That landed him a break on Thizzler website and Thizzler Jam for the entire hottest Bay Area musician.
