Born in New Orleans (Jazz is his actual middle name), Parker tends to include "jazzy" elements into music, inspired by the music of his birthplace. Despite being born in New Orleans, he spent the majority of his youth on the west coast of Florida, where he was exposed to a wide variety of other musical influences: rap, rock, and reggae music. Since his senior year in high school, Parker Jazz has released over 50 instrumentals, and has production and engineering credits on over 20 other songs while being a full-time student. While hip-hop/rap has been the focus of Parker Jazz’s production, he has also created non-rap instrumentals for advertisements, films, and alternative artists.
