Anita Franklin Christian Contemporary Gospel Recording Artist and Songwriter Anita’s love for music started at a very young age singing in church choirs. She gracefully continues the journey of singing. During her college years at Florida A&M University (1981-1984) she was a member of Florida A&M University (FAMU) Gospel Choir. During her years with FAMU Gospel Choir she was blessed to be featured on the gospel choir’s first "Live Recording" as lead vocalist for the albums’ title cut "He Will Bring You Out". Anita is featured vocalist on National Gospel Jazz Recording artist - Mr. Ben Tankard’s first album "All Keyed Up" singing "Let This Love Live". Anita’s passion for music singing as featured female artist with Boys Choir of Tallahassee shared the stage as lead vocalist at the Essence Festival and in Selma, Alabama for the National Commemoration for "Bloody Sunday Festival". Anita’s has taken the International Platform performance for the Dr. Bobby Jones Presents with Encore Presentations which airs on IMPACT TV. As a songwriter Anita has written several songs with her releases "YOU PRAISE HIM" which is now TUNECORE CERTIFIED for worldwide streams. She continues to write and rrecord with releases of her Christmas project “THE LAST TIME HOLIDAY LOVE”, “YOU ARE JEHOVAH God – THE REPRISE” her new single “BECAUSE OF YOU”. Anita’s music continues to climb at streaming numbers and can be heard on digital streaming platforms.
