Josh Elle was born in the sunny coast of Lisbon, Portugal until the age of 9 when his parents decided to move to the UK for a better opportunity at life. Josh comes from a gospel musical background as both his grandfather and he’s father were pastors. His father was also a musician and worship leader. And his uncle was a professional saxophone player. Josh grew up playing drums and singing in church until he started writing his own music.
