Hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, Ben Frost is no stranger to music. Having taken up piano at 8 years of age and clarinet at 9 he found his fascination early on. At 14 he took up the drums and began making music in a rock band which soon lead to his love for electronic music, and in particular, Drum and Bass. 
 Hitting the turntables at 21 back in 2008 launched him into the local scene where at Fu Bar in Auckland, he began to make a name for himself. After falling in love with the genre and its complexity it wasn't long until he jumped into making his own material and going down the creative path once more. This resulted in a debut single on Influenza Media and soon after two EPs on one of the UKs most respected drum and bass labels “Broken Audio” 
 Today he is known for his high energy rolling sets and tight mixing, and is considered one of New Zealand’s most promising up and coming producers. With rumours of a big project in the works and plenty of fresh music due for 2020, Medium is definitely one to keep an eye on.
