Estuary is a band comprised of 3 multi-instrumentalists: Israel Strom, Zack Thomas, and Conner who met online in 2019. The three wrote and produced music From their own homes. Four years later, they released their debut EP, Field Trip, an eclectic mix of Jazz, Electronic, World Music, and Orchestral sounds that transport the listener across different worlds of sound. This Project can be thought of as a collective summary of the musical explorations of the three throughout the last half-decade. Israel Strom is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist/composer based in Calgary, Alberta. Israel is passionate about innovating and breaking new grounds in music, utilizing a wide variety of music theory concepts. Israel began piano at a young age and later picked up many other instruments, and has composed, recorded and produced a plethora of records. Zack Thomas is a Producer and instrumentalist from Portland, Oregon. Currently studying at the Berklee College of Music, He specializes in writing and production, creating the catchy, singable melodic lines scattered throughout the Project. Conner is a brunet Usonian Zillennial sound enjoyer, with casual and academic interdisciplinary interests in music and technology.
