 As an overcomer of Mental illness, Mario found healing through music and art therapy. "Our minds can sometimes break to rebuild in the midst of struggle and that's exactly what happened. Mario has embarked on a journey to share his story and help those who often feel lost in the difficult battle of Panic,Anxiety and Depression. Through connecting with our purpose and passions we are able to convert negativity and darkness into beauty and positive thinking, that then becomes a vehicle to inspire and empower others. 
 For over a decade,Mario Lanza has been slugging it out with music scene after music scene, touring at a frenetic rate while crafting music in a variety of genres and styles. Looking to find a fresh start in genres he previously hadn’t had the chance to work with but always loved,Mario Writes and performs what he refers to as a “late-90s R&B sound meshed with Rock/Alternative roots”.
