Presented by Temasek and supported by Sony Music, Universal Music Group, and Warner Music Group Singapore, The Great Singapore Replay Season 2 compilation album features 10 of Singapore’s most promising new and unknown artists, bands, and songwriters. Each of these music talents were guided by five established local artists in Singapore (Charlie Lim, Joanna Dong, Sezairi, Shabir, Joanna Dong, Kelly Pan) to produce 10 original songs. Spanning across pop, hip-hop, jazz, indie, and electronica, we hear first hand the fruits of Singapore’s most promising young musicians. Time to tune in, because our music history is about to be written. TGSR enables the discovery of Singapore’s rich musical heritage and supports a diversity of local music talents — making it a unique community building effort. The biennial programme nurtures and inspires emerging young music talents in Singapore by collaborating with established artists and the wider music industry in creating original Made-in-Singapore songs.
