The Housedome Funk project was born in April 2023 on the initiative of producer, musician and sound engineer Loris Palmieri, the idea was to produce house music intended exclusively for the dancefloor. During a music production course there was the first meeting with the Canadian Jason Owen Jones (lyrics and vocals), ITAF teacher in private life but bass player and great lover of punk and electronics of the 80s and 90s. It was love at first sight after hearing Jones' exceptional voice and the first single "don't play with music" was immediately born in summer 2023. A Groove Jackin house that reaches number 30 on Traxsource (Jackin housechart). For the second single, a female voice was needed, hence the meeting and the second love at first sight with Silvia Savagnone (Lyrics and voice), optician and mother in her private life but an exceptional singer in her free time. "Tiny Dancer", released in September 2023, is an elegant Classic house ballad that highlights the extraordinary vocals of the Jason/Silvia duo. In April 2024 the song "Driving all night - feel loved" sung by Jay is released which reaches 38 thousand streams in less than a month, then in May the ep "Sounds of casette - Housedome grooves" is released, five tracks that encompass different styles of house music, on June 20 Silvia Savagnone's first solo song "On my way" is released.
