Clark began writing and recording his own music when he was 16. Two years later, he released his first solo album on his own record label which, despite being only his first release, received attention from MTV’s shows Undressed and The Osbournes and a feature in Mixer Magazine, where he was compared to electronic music pioneers Kraftwerk and Orbital.
