SENTIENT is the alias of Nicholas Olajos, a Canadian-American DJ and producer hailing from Toronto, Canada. Since the young age of 14, Nicholas took a leap of faith and decided to pursue music full time, traveling all across the country and working with amazing artists such as Sunday Service, Convex, and Flux Pavilion. Taking musical influences from genres such as dubstep, hip-hop, and trap, SENTIENT makes a statement with every release; his use of sub heavy drops, wild metallic screeches, and trap inspired drums give every crowd something to snap their necks to. SENTIENT made his debut release in a star-studded collaboration with fellow producer JAGO and vocalist Elle Vee in their 2021 Subsidia release “What Would It Take.” Later that year, SENTIENT followed up with his highly anticipated ‘Propagation’ EP on Bear Grillz’s newest label Rude Service. For 2022, SENTIENT is preparing for his biggest year yet, and is ready to wipe the floor with every new record he releases
