Biography

Javanni Moise aka SPMB Bills was raised in Flatbush with roots in Jamaica. He has been rapping since the age of 7. His cousin being his first introduction to rapping, would listen to beats and freestyle. At age 10, he began listening to 50 cent and grew fond of his style of rap. He also was influenced throughout the years by artists such as Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, and Gucci Mane. At 17 years old, after being involved in a shooting that left him partially paralyzed, he laid in recovery and dedicated himself to rapping. He worked on his craft from 2012-2013 and began buzzing locally in 2014. Coming up in the game with his friend Rich Floxks (RIP), it was during this time he invented the popular “twirl” movement. By 2015, he released his first mixtape “Broken Bones & VS Stones” which officially stamped his career In 2016 he was sent to prison, where he spent most of his time reading and writing and continuing to hone his rap skills. Upon his return in May 2020, he released “Controversy” which placed him right back in the light and proved his longevity, even after 4 years away. To date, he has over 1.5 million views on Youtube and has been featured on multiple playlists.
