Hailing from the imperial city of Vienna, Austria, in the heart of Europe’s mainland, Club Apollo formed during the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020. Consisting of Patrick Vanek and Max Sternek, the duo set out to create electronic music free from genre-boundaries and expectations. Combining the rough and urban feel of technoid club music with the somber and atmospheric tone of post-rock, dream pop, new wave and a number of other styles, they created their own unique sonic playground.
