Biography

Hi! I am Maarten Engeltjes, counter tenor. I love music, baroque and modern. Among my favorites are Vivaldi, Händel, Purcell, and my number one since I was four years old: Bach. I sing with worldfamous orchestras in the Netherlands, Europe, Asia and the United States. On top of my mind and love as a musician is my own baroque orchestra PRJCT Amsterdam (www.prjct.amsterdam); our first CD Forgotten Arias of J.S. Bach is out now.
