Emma Lansdowne is 25 years old with a music composition degree from Kansas State University! She began writing music in high school where she was active in almost every music elective offered including show choir, concert choir, jazz band, concert band, marching band, and even orchestra for a short while! She draws most of her inspiration from jazz artists like Count Basie, Lester Young, and also musical theatre composers such as Stephen Sondheim and Jason Robert Brown. Most recently, she moved back to her hometown of Manhattan, Kansas after living in Florida for two years! Emma has been working on lots of projects recently and is hoping to put out some new (more serious) stuff in coming years! Stay tuned!
