Biography

Myke "Groov" Green was raised in a musical household along with my 3 siblings in Youngstown,Oh. He produced his first project at Midi-Mix Audio Works with one of his first clients Ray Ro, which would become a underground classic called Youngstown Cartel. The following year, Groov produced Lil Los " Hustlin' for CHoppin Game Records which would also become a underground classic in the midwest and into the south as well. There were about 60,000 units of these cd's sold the "old school" way. Out the trunks of cars, posters and by word of mouth. 
 At age 22, Groov took a hiatus from the music business to morn the death of his father that was ruled a homicide but still to this day remains unsolved. His mother recommended that he go to recording school like he always wanted to. Once he graduated from The Recording Workshop, he was called to florida 2 days later to work with an upcoming group that would soon sign a production deal with him and his new partner. The group was named the "nappy heads". The group's core producer was a young energetic kid named "T-Pain" 
 Myke Groov would then go on to work with many more artist in different genres as a producer,D.J. and engineer such as Jason Derulo, Famous Dex,Lil Wayne, Gucci Mane, Brandi & Ray J's Family Business,Mad Lion, Rufus Blaq,Chante Moore,Macy Gray, Bernard Wright, 8 Ball & MJG, Speech of Arrested Development, & many others.
