Born and raised in Bronx, NY, Mwosa emerged as a very talented rapper and lyricist among his peers. The love for hip hop grew on Mwosa when he was only four years old, writing his first rhymes and rapping them to his family. This early love for the assembly of words would lead to a passionate teen recording freestyles and demos in his bedroom while gaining the attention of his classmates and kids around his neighborhood. Taking a break from what was a hobby at the time to focus on playing basketball on the collegiate level, Mwosa suffered a ligament tear that would put his basketball dreams to rest and reintroduce him to hip hop music. While in his dorm room, Mwosa wrote and recorded his first demo "Knock My Sinnin" which would be the precursor to his first musical project "REACH EP", a six song EP released by Mwosa on August 28, 2015. Mwosa began drawing attention to his musical aspirations on his college campus by performing in various school events and open mics. Not long after, Mwosa began releasing a series of freestyles on Soundcloud to draw more attention to his music and introduce people to his lyrical skill set. In the summer of 2016, Mwosa remixed "I Got The Keys" by DJ Khaled featuring Jay Z and Future. Before the end of the summer, his remix received over 100,000 plays. In 2018 before graduating college, Mwosa founded Novam - later renamed DIGITVL an online technology company facilitating independent artist growth by providing business technology.
