By the age of 21 Tommie began touring 280 days of the year for 3 years straight traveling with a cover band (17th Floor). This is where he’d develop his stage presence singing and dancing for 2 hours per performance. Beginning his songwriting journey at the tender age of 11, Tommie always knew his gift was meant for a greater purpose. His writing would go on to catch the ears of major artists around the world & from those connections Tommie began his career as a professional background vocalist in which majority of the time he’s hired as the Vocal Director for the likes of Artists such as Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Syleena Johnson, Dave Hollister, Ginuwine & a host of others. These experiences led to Tommie landing his 1st Publishing deal in 2011 with Roynet / Universal Music Group. Tommie B.
