Lover, Dreamer, Musician, Amateur Dad-Joke Comedian. Andriu "Yàno" Yanovski has been playing music since the age of 5, growing up outside of Washington, D.C. Yàno began studying classical piano, and at the age of 12 began studying Jazz and RnB with D.C. Go-Go Keyboardist Jarred Mattocks. Yàno moved to New Orleans in 2012 and truly began his journey to becoming a professional musician. Graduating with a Jazz Performance BFA in 2016, Yanovski quickly made a name for himself in the New Orleans Funk Scene, and began touring around the country and recording with artists such as Maggie Koerner, The Revivalists, GRiZ, Cha Wa, Samantha Fish and more. In 2018, a chance encounter with Producer/Guitarist Boogie T began a deep musical friendship as well as the band "Boogie T.Rio" where Yanovski serves as musical director, which has taken him all around the country to venues such as Red Rocks, Electric Forest Festival, Voodoo Fest, Montreal Jazz Fest, and more. Yàno's self-proclaimed life mission statement is "To perpetuate ideals of Love and Happiness through Music and Clever Wordplay" Yàno began his solo project with his first Single, entitled "Memories" in February of 2020.
