Iain M is a one of the most exciting tech trance talents Scotland has to offer!  Iain has been around the Scottish club scene as a clubber, promoter, DJ for going on 2 decades. An avid listener of tech trance, with early influence coming from Marco V, Marcel Woods and Fred Baker. He started picking up regular guest DJ slots at Rectify & Inside Out gaining the club experience that is priceless to any DJ. Iain soon caught the producing bug & became a student of James Allan. It's not all dark when it comes to the Scots productions, melody and emotion is in there too. These sounds soon caught the attention of Sneijder, signing him to Afterdark in 2018. As well as being an Afterdark regular, Outburst Twilight, Aria & Infected. Right now his sound influences are tech trance royalty, Sneijder, Mark Sherry, David Forbes and JOC. Regular ASOT plays by AVB & support from Sneijder, PVD, John Askew, Sean Tyas, Mark Sherry, David Forbes, and many more of Trance's biggest acts has propelled Iain's music into the global trance arena. The higher end of the Beatport charts is a regular hang out for Iain's music, the top 10 having been smashed 4 times so far with the highest position held being number 2. With plans underway to relaunch his DJ career combined with his more recent success, he has set his sights on becoming the next touring trance artist coming out of Scotland.
