Yorkshire based DJ/producer Dave Gray AKA General Bounce has become a prominent figure in UK clubland in recent years. Obsessed with dance music from an early age, Dave has been an active club DJ all his adult life, playing everything from funky house and UK garage to trance and bouncy house, before finally settling into the hard dance scene. Regardless of genre, his style reflects his persona and the sound he is passionate about - cheeky, uplifting fun and pumping music made to rock a dancefloor. Dave's breakthrough came when he joined the Cheeky Tracks brand in 2010. Since then he's performed at the biggest hard dance events in the UK such as the Tidy Weekender, BTID, Frantic, Rejuvenation and Wigan Pier, and his music has earned support from Hannah Laing, BK, Kutski, Andy Whitby, Rob Tissera and more. He also became well known on Manchester's gay scene with a weekly afterhours residency there from 2014 til 2020. He continues to spend most weekends DJing for various events nationwide, and took ownership of Cheeky Tracks in 2015. Dave also plays annually at Unity In The Sun in Corfu and hosts a monthly podcast showcasing his label's releases as well his versatility as a DJ.
