Rachael E.C Jungle Drum and Bass DJ and producer based in Bristol, UK. Rachael emerged from the rave scene in the mid-nineties; playing Drum & Bass in Portsmouth at local parties and small clubs. Initially from Devon, she'd had her first taste of underground music at free parties in the countryside and legendary club nights like Kaos, Kingsley and Verbeer Manor in the early days, but had then moved to the South Coast where her Jungle roots became fully established. Rachael E.C is best known for her heavy rolling style, and she has played some big gigs such as Glastonbury Festival and Boomtown and for other large rave brands such as Jungle Fever, Dreamscape and Fantazia. Last year Rachael played in Corfu for an event called Unity in the Sun and is back there again this summer. Teamed up with the Bristol legend Vinyl Junkie, Rachael also co-owns her own label Ghetto Dub, which is releasing regular Jungle Drum and Bass from great artists such as Sound Shifter, Subcriminal, Aries, Nicky Blackmarket to name a few. The label is receiving great support and has already had 20 releases to date, plus an album 'Ghetto Dubz Vol.1' featuring 30 tracks. Energy and drive is being focussed into Rachael's own productions and where her previous released music has seen co-labs, the future is holding solo creations as well as more musical link-ups with other artists.
