Bopcorn is an upcoming DJ/Producer duo formed by 2Wasted & Aspen Laws. 2Wasted grew up in Hawaii and Aspen Laws lived in NY for a couple years. Living alongside music since they were born, they are both musicaly talented in many ways. 2Wasted coming from PunkRock roots plays a wide range of instruments including guitar, bass, ukulele, and drums, and Aspen Laws has been playing the piano since he was 5 years old. Both meeting in Tokyo through their DJ gigs, they had a few years apart where they had indivisual careers. Aspen Laws has been boosting his production skills in NY, 2Wasted has doing big gigs all around the world including Ultra Japan. Reuniting in Tokyo after a few years, they started making electronic music together. Their very diverse taste in music makes their music a mixture or many genres that ranges from Trap/Dubstep,Punk Rock, hiphop, and jazz to even movie soundtracks. The name Bopcorn came from them both being movie geeks. The music they make are inspired by many films and they wanna make you feel like you are a part of some musical storybook. They both gather up every week at an old japanese cafe to make their unique music. Coffee and some popcorn is all they need to cook up some beats.
