Multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer Taymour Khajah acquired his finesse and panache for music living in the most unlikeliest of places seldom spoken of, the Arabian desert of Kuwait. Born in 1994 and raised in the little city by the Persian gulf, Khajah began exploring instruments at the age of 13, later deepening his knowledge by departing on voyages around the world and immersing himself in the aural arts. Through these travels he discovered his own sounds while growing among various cultures encompassing Arabia, East Asia, Africa and Europe, finding apprenticeships under greats like Fela Kuti's Egypt 80, and later on more formal training by contemporary sonic superpowers Theo Croker and Alex Han.
