From festival stages to campfires, Ankit Dayal has enthralled audiences for more than a decade with his diverse repertoire as a singer-songwriter and music producer, along with featured appearances with a host of other musical acts that include the Living Voices Choir & Symphony Orchestra of India, Sid Vashi, Noni-Mouse, Saachi and Dhruv Visvanath to name a few. Based in Mumbai, his work brings together an eclectic mix of influences that range from synth pop to RnB to alternative rock. Ankit's new musical direction (which began with the release of his first single 'Am I in the Way?') takes him to a hitherto unexplored territory with his most intimate, vulnerable and experimental work till date, a strange and heady mix of his musical and life experiences. Woven together with unique visuals and piercing lyrics, Ankit’s music is set to take listeners along on a journey that leads them further into their own depths, dancing and/or head-banging all the while.
