After being introduced to local London cyphers while studying Documentary Filmmaking, she hopped on a train to Belgium with 20 pounds in her pocket. Ghent became her neutral canvas on which to paint her new life as an artist. Far from, but not completely untouched by the cultural pressures of carving a ‘defined’ and ‘honorable’ path that comes with being a Nepali daughter, she began freely crafting her own unique path of music that could never be put in a box.
