Sugar Cones is a rap group spawned out of Lincoln, Nebraska. The group contains 2 teenage artists, Populus, a punk inspired rapper and BagHeadddd, a melodic experimental rapper. Starting in 2020, they began competing in cyphers and slowly built up a catalogue of songs on Soundcloud. On August 4th 2023 they released their debut album entitled Swinging and held a release party during the Four Winds Music festival in Omaha Nebraska where they performed to a sold out crowd at the Reverb Lounge. They've opened for artists such as King Iso, (Hed) P.E., ABK, Blaze Ya Dead Homie and Twiztid. Some inspirations that made Sugar Cones who they are today are Tyler, The Creator, Earl Sweatshirt, Mac Miller, billy woods, LUCKI, Twiztid & Insane Clown Posse.
