Who is TeamRocket BK? (Our DNA) TeamRocket BK is a collective of creative individuals. Our mission is to build a community & give creators a platform to showcase their talents. As sneaker lovers, we also create merchandise that reflects our brand & the ideas we represent. (What we do) We curate experiences. Our performance/event series “Rocket Jamz” has been one of our biggest success stories. Established in 2018, we created a unique platform for over 25 artists, 6 female D.J’s & multiple vendors to showcase their talents. Within a year, we earned residencies with 2 bars located in Brooklyn. Our audience normally ranges between the ages of 21 to 28 but we attract people of all ages & ethnicities. (Community) A major part of our mission is community service; we want to be known as a helping hand in the community. With this in mind, we throw free shows or make our events very affordable. In 2018, we partnered up with the I Am Peace Foundation to give 50 students backpacks filled with school supplies. In 2019, we coordinated our own block party & basketball tournament at Brower Park. We provided a D.J, free food & refreshments to all participants plus anyone passing by. We love being involved & look forward to doing more non-profit work in the near future.
