Who's Sane? WhoSane gravitated towards music at an early age because of the influence of his father and his love for music. Whenever Black Temple would be preparing a set for a party, Sane would take visual notes. After the birth of his son in 2014, Whosane took a break from music to focus on family life. His final release “2120 Vision” in April of that year. “These were the years of completely reflection. Many of the words/lyrics or ideas I put into the universe came to fruition. Many of the visions I’ve seen came to pass. ‘25 to Life’, a reality I contemplated before my 25th birthday. Everything I do now is for Life.” This fueled a dying fire and shortly after, Whosane In 2018, Whosane resurfaced with a new focus and a new stage name, Jahmal Whosane. He blessed stages such as Under Pressure, Kalmunity Music Week and Hip Hop You Don’t Stop. Reintroducing Black Temple Sound to Montreal, as the name of his independent label, which stemmed from Sadystik ENT. Jahmal’s main focus today, is launching the V.E.R.B. Youth Initiative, which is a program designed to help provide an alternative to the mainstream or common path many of our youth is forced to walk. Told something is wrong with them because cannot stay on course.
