Max Faigen grew up in a small town outside of Boston, MA, he found his passion for music by picking up Drums at the young age of 10 and by the time he turned 14 he went deep into the production, engineering and mixing end of the music industry. Max left Massachusetts to pursue a music degree at the New School for Jazz and contemporary music and continues to produce and engineer for multiple New York rappers, singers and instrumentalists. By the age of 19 he assembled a Hip-Hop collective that performed countless NYC venues which included SOBs, The Knitting Factory, and The Bitter End. Max has worked at high profile studios such as Flux Studios in downtown Manhattan and currently resides at Moon Recording in Brooklyn. He continues at the age of 21 to work with numerous recording artists such as R1llyr1l, Amanda Barise, Idris Fredricks, DP.$oul, and the list continues. Max’s production covers a wide array of genres from Hip-Hop, RnB to Jazz and Soul.
