A Baltimore native, JerMari made his appearance with his 2019 single “26.2”. A tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle, 26.2’s success led to the release of JerMari’s first EP “Watersports Vol. 1” in the same year, and his project “Truth Serum: A Trap Opera” in 2020. It’s Truth Serum that began introducing JerMari’s sound to listeners on a global scale, bringing his iconic melodies and polished lyricism overseas. JerMari’s music began to further evolve with the release of his second project “Romulus” also in 2020. A sonic experience unlike no other, Romulus was the first glimpse at the uniqueness that is JerMari. His willingness to take risks along with his unique approach to rap showcases why he is destined to be special. Those special qualities were further spotlighted in 2021 with the release of his EPs “Lobo”, “Red Room”, and the single “93 Supreme”. A true talent, every project JerMari has released to this point has been written, produced, arranged, and engineered by himself alone barring a handful of tracks. As 2022 kicks off, those skills seem to be getting noticeably sharper with the release of “Outta Time”, a collaboration along side fellow Baltimore rapper Shwaze Collins. Although already seen as a force to be reckoned with, Outta Time reveals that JerMari is just as creative and tenacious when working with others, as he is on his own. An MC whose lyrics and wit are just as impactful in a pack as they are by his lonesome, it makes sense why he’s nicknamed “The Wolf”.
