Pianist, singer, songwriter, producer - none of these single labels quite contain Sean Gorter, who's had his fingers in just about every musical pie he's been able to cook up. Though he studied writing & production at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Sean quickly realized his dreams went far beyond what he could get a hold of in higher education, and so he dropped out to pursue his musical career on his own terms. After spending almost 10 years honing his taste and skills under his side project Flare, culminating in the release of acclaimed tribute album Yume Nikki: Between the Lines, Sean was finally ready to put his talents to use on material wholly his own, infusing his deep love of idiosyncrasy and symbolism into music to form a sound unlike any other.
