XPQ-21 is an Electro-Industrial-DNB-Cyberpunk-Goth project from Berlin by Jeyênne. Mastermind, producer and singer. Enfant terrible and techno raver of the first hour. His musical origins are in southern Italy. In the Catholic Church he teaches himself to play the organ at the age of 5. Later he is influenced by the german Neue Deutsche Welle, HipHop, Dark Wave of the late 80s, the Rave Electro Punk of the 90s and the Industrial Techno of the 2000s. In the 90s as The Jeyênne he is one of the greats of the rave and techno scene. Going on tour with Prodigy and Moby and his videos are played on MTV and VIVA TV. With gigs at Mayday, Loveparade and all the important raves at the time. At the turn of the millennium he launches XPQ-21 and tours the USA and Europe for 10 years. At the height of his success XPQ-21 retires, Jeyênne founds a school in Germany: the EMS - Electronic Music School, with locations in Berlin & Cologne (www.em-school.com) 2019 XPQ-21 releases new material after a long time including several remixes on one of the EMS labels. From 2020 XPQ-21 will release all their albums digitally. 2022 releases the new single with video incl. club version MACHINES, which climbs to #2 in the DAC charts. 2023 the single TEMPTATION enters the DAC from 0 to 1 and stays in the Top 10 for 6 weeks.
