A native son of Detroit, Latrell (L Hussle) Peterson, was introduced to music at a young age, first playing the trumpet and then advancing to drums and piano. After paying attention to current rap artists, he decided to take music seriously and he and some of his friends formed the group, ATF. Unfortunately, ATF didn’t last too long, so he joined with his older brother who was rapping with the group, Dat Homegrown. While with this group, he met his best friend, Eric Rado Jones JR. and joined his group, Circle Boyz. With Rado, they later formed the record company, LR Label LLC. Their name buzzed around the city of Detroit. L Hussle realized he didn’t like the music that other artists produced. Stepping out on his faith, he produced his solo album, True Story, which turned things around for him. He realized that he could use his talent to encourage and inspire others to dream and become whatever they wanted to be and to succeed at doing it. Now he's putting out good clean music that his kids and most importantly his fans can be proud of. His new single titled The Weekend featuring K'Jon is a smash hit and a summer groove. The new album Picasso is out on all digital platforms. L Hussle titled it Picasso because he considers his new album a masterpiece that will be recognized with all the greatest artist. L Hussle is on a mission to write and produced some of the best songs in history, he refuses to take no for an answer. His favorite slogan is Speak Life!
