Meet Dan$on, a talented singer and songwriter with a passion for R&B and Hip-Hop. Born and raised in Malaysia, Dan$on began his musical journey at the young age of 7 when he started piano lessons. Although he initially disliked it, he ended up learning a lot of music theory and even discovered a love for singing. Determined to pursue a career in music, Dan$on taught himself guitar at the age of 13 and began writing his own songs. However, his parents wanted him to focus on his studies and he was forced to take a break from making music. It wasn't until he was 21, when his best friend Brendonse7an convinced him to give music another try, that Dan$on returned to the scene. Influenced by artists like Tory Lanez, Justin Bieber, and Chris Brown, Dan$on's music combines elements of rap and R&B. Despite facing challenges and setbacks along the way, Dan$on never gave up on his dreams. In 2020, he met mentor Benni O from Atlanta, Georgia, a close associate of big names like Young Thug, Future, and T.I.. With Benni O's guidance, Dan$on developed his own unique singing style and voice, blending Hip-Hop and R&B. Today, Dan$on is a part of the creative collective "Cloudnoise" and is hard at work on his upcoming catalog, set to be released in 2023. In addition to his passion for music, Dan$on is also dedicated to bringing R&B into the mainstream in his homeland of Malaysia.
