Guatemalan DJ and producer Jergus grew up surrounded by music and visual arts. He began his musical journey at 11 years old, starting a punk/emo rock band with his friends and later discovering his love for electronic music, mixing his own mixtapes with different genres of music, and later getting into music production a year later. Started playing at different events on 2016, and released his first track on 2017. His main goal is to take his shows, sets, and music around the world, to contribute with the growth of interest in the Guatemalan music scene. He’s constantly exploring different musical styles, currently playing and producing Groove House, Progressive House, Retrowave/Pop, Techno, Dubstep, and Big Room/Mainstage. His music has been supported by fellow Guatemalan DJs like Carl Nunes, Ale Q, and Pako Rodriguez, and also supported by Mexican DJ Guztavo MX from EMPO.
