Heelah is a singer currently based out of San Antonio, Texas. Originally from New York, NY, he began his singing journey through his Catholic church in Stone Mountain, Georgia at the age of sixteen. Upon being asked to perform a solo within the song “Lord, Help Me Hold Out”, he became hooked on performing music and began to consider music as a viable career. Later on, it was the dissolving of a tumultuous two-year marriage and an inclination to regain control of his life that drove Heelah to pursue music and to truly go after anything that he desires in life. He began his pursuit of music with a fresh desire to succeed and to share his inspiring story through his songs to bring the same hope and drive to the lives of others. 
 Inspired by artists such as John Legend, Usher, Chris Brown, Sam Smith, and the iconic Beyoncé, Heelah has a drive and passion for his work akin to these artists that will allow him to go far. With hopes to begin touring as his audience grows, he plans to eventually perform both nationally and internationally, and he has aspirations to break into the mainstream US music industry as well as to begin booking performances at music festivals across the US.
