CJefe, Originally known as Jefe Da Man, the rapper was born Christian Matthew Whitfield in New Orleans, Louisiana in March of 2000. Inspired by Cash Money/Young Money Mogul Lil Wayne, CJefe started rapping and recording about two years ago. He says his music has major Chief Keef influences and he has followed the waves in hip hop created by Lil Durk, GHerbo and Young Boy Never Broke Again. Making his own wave with His debut song, “Luv Kills”, arrived in early 2020 and was quickly followed by a trilogy of releases titled “Snakes”, “Step” featuring B Fresh, and his latest Single “Change”, Shining a spotlight on his life growing up in New Orleans. CJefe displayed a talent for freestyle writing, coming up with lyrics on the spot as he punches in lyrics as he records. Cjefe Signed with S.P. Entertainment in late 2019 making him the debut artist for the label founded by Spencer Porter.
