YUNG6 aka Six, was born in Trenton, New Jersey. At the age of 18 she began writing her first song. Going through a lot at such a young age she poured her pain into music and used it as a source of relief. At the age of 19 she recorded and released her first single on SoundCloud. YUNG6 started pursuing a bigger career in music at the same age, and began creating a larger portfolio of music. When she turned 20 she got her first paid performance and took off, from there she went on to performing at multiple venues, with a large variety of promoters. While evolving and progressing, she found more opportunities for herself. At the age of 21 she released her first EP titled IRIDESCENCE. and began to explore different sounds.
