From banging on pots and pans as a toddler to working in his home studio today, Blain “Tha Kidd” Hennig has been doing music his whole life. Receiving his first drum set for Christmas at the age of 3 years old. By the time Tha Kidd was 15 he was the drummer for a country/ classic rock band as well as his high schools jazz band. With the loss of his mother around this same time that’s when Tha Kidd fell in love with hip hop. He began making beats for a few fellow classmates and eventually started to write himself. Now with over 20 years in the business Tha Kidd has released 4 projects under his own label Tha Playground Music Group. Engineering and producing multiple projects for numerous artist. Tha Kidd runs his studio rightly named Tha Playground Studio. With todays digital age you can find Tha Kidd’s music on all major digital platforms.
