Biography

Born and raised in Houston, TX, Gama moved to Seattle in 2022 to make music and run a donut shop with his family. He primarily makes ‘basement party’ music, preferring a darker sound with imagery-filled lyrical storytelling. Gama’s musical influences include The Weeknd, Smino, Monte Booker, and of course, DJ Screw. You can hear the slowed version of his song ‘Styrafoam’ in Cut Video’s “Match Lyric to Musician” video.
