Biography

Liberator was formed in Athens, GA, in 2013 by Andrew Steck (guitar), Jon Beck (drums), and Owen Hunt (bass/vocals). The power trio released Warpath in 2014 and followed it up in 2015 with the Self-Help EP. Though currently on hiatus, guitarist Andrew Steck has been releasing solo albums, most recently Theater (2021) which features orchestral tones, guitars, beats, and spacey synths.
